Okay, my friend and I came here today (April 8th) and we both got the grilled cheese, I got it without the tomato and she swapped bacon for chicken. Honestly. It was bussin', it was pure magic and I would kiss the cook. I was a little skeptical at first, $12 for a grilled cheese? But honestly, I am grateful it was only $12. The bread was so evenly toasted and cheese was gooey without being too hot or melted. Honestly. I am lowkey ashamed of the goblin I became while consuming this grilled cheese from the gods. I was hunched over my plate (which was so interesting looking) smacking that sandwich in my soup and throwing the saucy thing into my piehole. I made such a mess and had to put the napkin on my lap to catch all the droplets of soup. It looked like a splatter painting. I did get tomato on my white button down shirt and honestly I have no one else to blame but my slowiness of getting that sweet sweet tomato and red pepper nectar into my mouth hole. The only crime is being given one napkin but once I started I couldn't stop, I had to consume.
